Terms of Service

The ground rules for the store, WiseGo Prediction, and everything else on this site.

This is a plain-language summary written to be clear, not a substitute for professional legal advice. It hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer. If you're relying on this document for a business with real revenue or liability at stake, have it reviewed for your specific situation and location before treating it as final.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of wisegodman.com (the "Site"), operated by Wisegodman ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting the Site, creating an account, placing an order, or playing WiseGo Prediction, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Who can use this Site

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or sign in with Google or Spotify. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

3. Accounts

You sign in using your existing Google or Spotify account — we don't collect or store a separate password. You're responsible for keeping your Google/Spotify account secure, since access to it means access to your Wisegodman account. One person, one account: creating multiple accounts to earn extra Gold Points or manipulate WiseGo Prediction is not allowed and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of points.

4. The Store

Orders & payment

Products are sold directly on this Site and paid for through PayPal. We never see or store your card or PayPal account details — that's handled entirely by PayPal under its own terms. Prices are shown in USD and are calculated at checkout based on our current catalog; we reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.

Production & shipping

Every item is made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful, once payment is received. Production and shipping times vary by product and destination and are estimates, not guarantees. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships, where available.

Returns & refunds

Because each item is custom-made for your order, we can't accept returns for a change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. If an order fails after payment (for example, a manufacturing submission issue on our end), we'll make it right — replace it, ship it manually, or refund you.

5. WiseGo Prediction

WiseGo Prediction is a free-to-play forecasting game. These points apply on top of — and clarify — anything stated on the WiseGo Prediction page itself:

  • No purchase necessary, ever. Gold Points cannot be bought with real money, sold, transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or redeemed for anything other than the seasonal rewards we choose to offer. They have no cash value.
  • Points are earned only through verified actions — subscribing on YouTube or following/saving tracks on Spotify, each checked server-side against Google's and Spotify's own APIs. Self-reported claims are never trusted or credited.
  • Predictions are staked in points, not money. A correct call pays back double the stake, minted by the system — never taken from or given to another player. There is no pooling of stakes between players and no "house" collecting a cut.
  • Resolution is a human decision. Every question, however its wording originated, is resolved by us based on our own judgment of the real-world outcome. Resolutions are final.
  • Seasonal rewards (merch, music, services, or surprises) go to top leaderboard finishers at our discretion and are fulfilled directly by us — they are not a purchase, a prize draw requiring an entry fee, or a game of chance. Site administrators are not eligible.
  • We may adjust point values, staking limits, or close/resolve/remove a question at any time, including if we believe it's being manipulated or abused.

6. Services (collaboration, label registration, dedications)

Submitting an inquiry through the Services page does not create a contract or guarantee that we'll take on the project. If we agree to work together, the specific scope, pricing, timeline, ownership, and licensing terms for that work will be agreed separately, in writing, before it begins — these Terms don't set those terms for you.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Site for anything illegal; attempt to bypass, scrape, or automate any part of the Site (including WiseGo Prediction or the Store) beyond normal browsing; interfere with the Site's security or normal operation; or impersonate another person or misuse another person's account.

8. Intellectual property

The Wisegodman name, logo, music, and original site content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that to you. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our permission, beyond normal personal use (like listening to or sharing a link to a song).

9. Third-party services

The Site relies on third-party services — Google, Spotify, YouTube, PayPal, and Printful — each governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to read. We're not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or changes to how they work.

10. Disclaimers

The Site, WiseGo Prediction, and all content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wisegodman won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. For any claim relating to a paid order, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account access at any time if we reasonably believe you've violated these Terms, including fraud, abuse of WiseGo Prediction, or attempts to manipulate the leaderboard.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles — a common, neutral default for online services. Depending on where you live, mandatory local consumer-protection laws may still apply to your purchase regardless of this clause.
